Mus-e Kosova, with the generous support of the Araldi Guinneti Foundation from Liechtenstein, has spearheaded the “Art at School” program at the primary school Mihail Grameno- Fushe Kosove since 2021. This innovative initiative is set to continue through 2023, enriching the educational experience of approximately 200 children each year.

Artistic Integration:

The program directly integrates a diverse range of artistic disciplines into the school environment, including painting, music, and drama. By bringing professional artists into the classroom, Mus-e Kosova offers students unique opportunities to explore their creativity, express themselves, and develop new skills in a supportive and inspiring setting.

Annual Highlights:

A key highlight of the program is the annual event held on the first of June, marking a celebration of the children’s artistic achievements. This event showcases student artwork, music performances, and drama presentations, allowing the children to display their talents and their progress throughout the year. These performances serve as a platform for expression and foster a sense of community and shared achievement among students, teachers, and parents.

Impact and Future Goals:

The “Art at School” program has already made significant strides in promoting the importance of arts education, demonstrating the positive impact of integrating arts into the traditional curriculum. Looking forward, Mus-e Kosova aims to expand this program, reaching more students and incorporating even more diverse artistic disciplines to enrich the educational landscape of Kosovo further.

Support and Collaboration:

The success of the “Art at School” program is a testament to the power of collaboration between educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and international foundations.
